[Datahub] Search results layout switcher

Hello, i met some of you at the geOcom event.

IGN wants to use the Datahub as their geonetwork catalog UI. So me and some of my coworkers will be contributing to the geonetwork-ui project.

I will start with some small UI changes i'd like to introduce :

- Search result display selector

I tried to follow the contributing guidelines i hope i did not forget anything.

Review the issue description and display-change.webm, then locate the Datahub search-results UI and determine how its current result layout is rendered. Done means adding a usable display selector that switches between the layouts shown in the recording and verifying the search results still behave correctly.
