Description
**problem**: The output for the ogc-api-records service includes "empty" feature catalog records. This is especially problematic for the DCAT format.
**solution**: There are probably two solutions:
1. to filter out feature catalog records from the results
2. to include a meaningful RDF mapping for feature catalogs (e.g. SHACL-like ontology model)
