Description

When I switch the map to 3D mode I can not use the mouse to pan and zoom on the map. I can only use the zoom in and zoom out buttons on the map. Panning the map is not possible at all. This makes the use of the 3D mode very limited.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. In User interface settings turn on the option 'Allow 3D mode'
2. Go to the map and click on the button 'Switch from 2D to 3D'
3. Try panning the map and zooming in/out using the mouse

Test environments:
- GeoNetwork 3.12.11 server installation opened with Chrome on Windows
- GeoNetwork 3.12.10 Docker installation opened with Safari on Mac OSX

Research direction

Reproduce the problem by enabling “Allow 3D mode” in User interface settings, switching from 2D to 3D, and testing mouse panning and zooming. Trace the 3D map interaction entry point from the “Switch from 2D to 3D” control; done means mouse panning and zooming work in 3D mode in the reported environments.
