Description

**Describe the bug**
Hi guys. As part of a recent accessibility test on one of the GeoNetwork instances of one of our clients, it has been reported to us that when zooming to 400% the text within the search input is unable to be seen in full.

I tried to look into resizing this, but I didn't manage to find an elegant way that doesn't break the layout, do you have any idea how this can be fixed? Any help would be massively appreciated

**To Reproduce**
1. Navigate to the search page
2. Zoom at 400% (in 1280px wide viewport)
3. Observe the search bar behaviour

**Expected behaviour**
See https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/reflow.html

Research direction

Start on the search page and reproduce the issue at 400% zoom in a 1280px-wide viewport. Compare the search field with the WCAG 2.2 reflow expectations; done means the full text in the search input remains readable without breaking the layout.
