Description

In the ISO19110 feature catalog metadata standard it is possible to add a codelist that describes values in a column. A code value can contain an URI reference using an xlink anchor. However, the URI is not visible for users. Can the ISO19110 schema be changed so that the code becomes a clickable link?

Research direction

Reproduce the issue with an ISO19110 codelist value containing an xlink URI, using the screenshots as the expected context. Start by locating the ISO19110 schema and the code-value display path; done means the URI is visible to users as a clickable link.
