Opening a metadata detail page, 9 requests are sent 9 requests to user feedback API, even if the metadata doesn't have any user feedback.

Trace the nine user feedback API requests and determine why they occur when the metadata has no feedback. Done means the unnecessary requests no longer occur while user feedback remains correctly handled.
