User administrator can delete his own group

Description
I was able to login with UserAdmin profile and remove his own group without any notification. Users just were removed from the group.
UserAdmin I think should not be able to delete groups.
Also Administrator users if delete a group, we should probably prevent it if the group has users or offer the option to move them to other group.
