Mesh database is shutting down during debug when using MeshLocalServer...

## Problem
When i use the integration test as described in the documentation and i try to debug, the mesh db is shutting down - please raise any time out limit about this. I also think that a time out of 2 minutes for plugin development is not enough - raise it to 10 minutes.

Start with the MeshLocalServer integration test described in the documentation and trace why the mesh database shuts down during a debug session. Verify that plugin development permits a 10-minute timeout and that the database remains available while debugging; the issue provides no file or test path to narrow the search.
