Dates not saved with correct UTC date.

The picked date in a date field is not correct ly transformed to UTC. Loading a UTC date field will thus result in a wrong time output when applying the local time zone offset.

Start by reproducing the date-field save and load flow across a timezone offset, then locate the TypeScript or Angular code that transforms the picked date to UTC. Done means a picked date is saved with the correct UTC date and loading it does not produce a wrong local-time result.
