Open/Close Apps as needed

I normally just leave Adium and Skype running all day anyways... but for those times when I'm lazy and closed them, or want to reboot my Mac and run the 'Back' script, I should really check if the Applications are running, and if not, start them first (or, for 'Offline', consider quitting the Apps).
