Get Apple Disk ][ Drive working

When we plugged in the Disk ][ drive initially, it didn't seem to do anything.

However, with the earliest of early Apple ][ models, there might be some software that has to run to start accessing the disk—it might not load immediately when the system boots on Apple's Integer Basic.
