@btb has kindly sent a premade version of his Super Serial card clone: https://github.com/btb/SuperSerial
I just received it, and just need to find a good adapter (or just plug into the right pins) to communicate with it through either a Pi/Pico or my laptop via USB!
Would be nice to have a faster/more reliable way to transfer data than the cassette interface, since the Disk II card seems to be on the fritz. See #4
