Description
One thing that I often run into while testing more exotic setups is hard crashes (where the entire system needs a power cycle to get booted up again).
On the CM4 IO board, I typically short pins 12 and 14 (`GLOBAL_EN` to `GND`). This performs a boot if the system is powered off, or a hard reset if the system is powered on.
We could have one 'PWR' button for pins 13 to 14 (`RUN_PG` to `GND`?), and one 'RST' or 'RESET' button for pins 12 to 14, maybe?
