Description

See:

- https://github.com/ActionRetro/FrogFind/issues/39
- https://virtuallyfun.com/2024/11/19/frogfind-in-trouble/

I was trying to access the site today and it's down, it seems like that happens a bit as scrapers and malicious actors kill it to bypass restrictions on other sites through it.

Research direction

No project files, tests, or entry points are named. Start with the linked FrogFind repository, issue #39, and the VirtuallyFun report to understand the service and its availability problems; done means pi-isp can optionally use a self-hosted FrogFind instance rather than relying only on the public service.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
