Has anyone tried a Linovision Solar Switch and GL.iNet Mango?

Description
I keep looking at the [Linovision Solar Switch](https://global.linovision.com/products/4-ports-full-gigabit-poe-switch-with-built-in-mppt-solar-charge-controller-12v-24v-poe-switch). It looks ideal for a 4 Rpi5 Mini Rack, but I've got a few questions:
- Is 120w (30w per port) enough to power all 4 RPi5s with NvME and PoE hats
- Any recommendations for a Nvme and PoE hats?
- Is gigabit fast enough for a cluster?
- Would you go for a Docker Swarm or a MicroK8 for hosting a few astro.build sites?
- What's the best way to dual-wan? I'd like to have a static IP address, so was thinking of a VPN, but I don't really want to be reliant on someone else's datacentre. Maybe bonding? I dunno
- Do you pxe boot your RPis?
- What do you use to manage your RPis?
