openwrt one mounting options

What would be a good way to mount the [openwrt one router](https://openwrt.org/toh/openwrt/one)?

The offical case it comes with does not appear to have rack ears or even the holes to mount them. The case is listed as being "148 x 100.5 mm" but I can't find a height anywhere. But the board also claims to be "Banana PI BPI-R4 case compatible" and I see a few options out there, some of which are under the 44.5mm 1U rack size.
The tallest things on the board itself are the single rj45 jacks but the heatsink might be taller. But I think if you install an optional MikroBUS board that might make it even taller.

This board will likely be my default router for new premise installs and I'd like to design a mini-rack that includes it.
