Description
Is there a way to implement an 'otherwise' route, like ngRoute does? I know there's a default route, but if your route doesn't match that defined by the default app, it won't load the template associated with that route. Adding the otherwise in the default app's route provider config locks out any other apps/routes (as far as I can tell).

Research direction
Start by reading the route provider configuration for the default app and compare the requested behavior with Angular's ngRoute otherwise route. Trace how unmatched routes are handled across multiple apps or modules. Done means an otherwise route can provide a template for an unmatched route without preventing other apps or routes from handling their own paths.
