Create getting started walkthrough

We currently have getting started documentation as well as detailed ingest guides and query guides and deployment guides with multiple options.

As a new user with zero presumed knowledge, I would like a simple first-steps walkthough, that helps me a deploy a Sleeper instance (probably locally using localstack, then maybe onto AWS as a "next steps" bit), add a table, then lets me ingest some data into it, and then run a query to see my data is in the table.

This walkthrough would be supported by an example, i.e. the user doesn't have to write their own schema file, there is one provided for the walkthrough.
