Feature request: Be able to rename tabs.

At the moment you can't rename tabs in CyberChef it instead displays the data you are working on in the tab name. It's easy to lose track of what data is what when you have multiple tabs open.

A feature could be added so you can assign tabs persistent names regardless of the contents of them.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the tab UI and the state that currently derives tab names from their contents; determine whether persistent names means tab-lifetime or saved across sessions. Done means users can assign names that remain stable when tab contents change, with coverage for the relevant tab behavior.
