Feature request: String index lookup util

### Summary
A very useful utility would be a string index lookup utility. Several malwares lately have built commandlines by pulling each character from a string. From the example below it would be very useful to have a utility that could accept the source string (the sKcp variable) and then do the lookup against that with the index list, accepting several separator types.
