Feature request: Version endpoint

Please provide an endpoint to access the current version. This will be very helpful to automate the update process and monitor outdated versions.

Start by reviewing CyberChef's existing endpoint conventions and how the current application version is defined. Determine the endpoint's response format and the update-monitoring information it must expose; done means the current version can be retrieved reliably for automation.
