Web bluetooth support

I'm working on extension to CyberChef which allows to communicate directly with some bluetooth device. The main idea is to use potential of CyberChef to demonstrate various issues in bluetooth.

I will add two additional operations Write bluetooth characteristic and Read bluetooth characteristic - both of them needs to call some functions which will be added to App.msj (as Web Bluetooth requires browser context).

Can you please suggest proper way how to call App.msj methods from within operation worker?
