Feature request: Bulk export & import of recipes

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Today Cyberchef seems to lack the possibility to easily export all recipes as one operation - and
restore it into a fresh Cyberchef instance. This lack of functionality make it less trivial to update to new Cyberchef versions.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
No alternative exists today AFAIK.

**Additional context**
No addictional context but can help verify new functionality if being developed.
Besides the above, Cyberchef is such a great product so keep up the good work!
