**Describe the bug**
Bad decode decimal in xor (in Hex is ok)

Example:

INPUT: FLAG
XOR (DECIMAL): 103 198 105 115
OUTPUT: 0x21,0x2b,0x26,0x20

suppose be: 0x21,0x8a,0x28,0x34
