Feature request: markdown tables

I frequently use [this markdown tables](https://www.tablesgenerator.com/markdown_tables#) tool to generate tables for my notes. It works great, but I worry about the privacy of it, and it also doesn't have a way to import from markdown to it's table-editor.

It would be fantastic if this tool was put in CyberChef!

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Review CyberChef's existing operation structure and the linked markdown-table tool first; done should include an in-app markdown table feature with import support and behavior that addresses the stated privacy concern.
