Feature request: JavaScript operation

Sometimes it would be convenient to write a simple JavaScript code snippet/function as alternate to one or multiple steps.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
An operation which accepts JavaScript code as input and outputs the result after execution.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
It can be implemented it with combination of multiple operations, but it's difficult and not clear.
