Bug report: Cannot drag and drop file on local install on Chrome.

**Describe the bug**
Local install via the ZIP file into C:/tools/CyberChef/CyberChef.html.
Using Chrome Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit) I cannot drag and drop any file to the input pane. Nothing happens.

Works on https://gchq.github.io/CyberChef/ version and v9 local install.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour or a link to the recipe / input used to cause the bug:

1. Download ZIP, expand to local drive on Windows.
2. Drag any file from File Explorer to Input pane
3. File does not load.

**Expected behaviour**
File should load.

Have tried on FireFox and works no issues.
