Bug report: <Not allowed to load local resource>

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour or a link to the recipe / input used to cause the bug:

1. use `extract file`
2. upload a zip file
3. `download` the extract file, not work
4. then I see the "`Not allowed to load local resource`" error in chrome devtools console

Start by reproducing the issue in Chrome with the `extract file` operation: upload a ZIP, download the extracted file, and check the browser console. Done means the extracted file downloads successfully without the "Not allowed to load local resource" error.
