Feature request: two finger scroll

on ipad when whole list is draggable i cant scroll

**Describe the solution you'd like**
to have two finger scroll so it avoids draging

No file or test is identified in the issue. Reproduce the behavior on an iPad when the whole list is draggable, then trace the frontend touch and drag handling for that list. Done means two-finger gestures scroll the list without starting a drag.
