Resolve some ambiguous licensee names

As reported in https://github.com/gbdev/pandocs/pull/432#issuecomment-1250084440, some of the licensee names are ambiguous.

> e.g. it’s not clear whether “Malibu” is Malibu Games (THQ subsidiary) or Malibu Interactive (Malibu Graphics/Acme Interactive merger)

This can be verified by checking [a ROM dump](https://archive.org/details/Gr8GBx) for ROMs presenting the ambiguous IDs, and then separately checking who the publisher was.
