Develop a new UI / frontend

The source of data is JSON, so it should be very feasible to have a proper frontend in VueJS or React rendering the results of the tests with proper filtering capabilities + responsiveness in a broader range of viewports. Possibly in another repository.

Define the filtering, responsive viewport, and framework requirements before prototyping; done means emulator results are rendered in a usable frontend with the requested filtering and responsive behavior.
