[Feature request] Outside voices should auto-detect other CLIs

I find myself constantly asking gstack to add Gemini CLI as an outside voice in addition to Codex. It would be nice if gstack detects other CLIs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenCode) and automatically registers them as possible outside voice options. This way you basically have a built-in LLM council-like system.
