puppeteer:Do the scenarios run in parallel ?

Description
I have 2 scenarios in my config file. When I set "debugWindow": true, I can see that these 2 run separately in 2 browser windows. Not sure if this is a feature with puppeteer only or with chromy as well as phantomjs.
