Not able to verify test env having cert popup with selected engine as chrome. Displays blank image.

Description
When trying to execute on one of our test environments, it fails to take screenshot when selected engine is chrome. There is work around with phantomjs and slimmerjs but it would be great if I get the solution for chrome engine. It looks like headless Chrome is not working with self-signed sertificates.
