npm run reference is not working as expected

when I run the command **npm run reference** from backstopjs folder
is saves unrecognized screenshots:


so the test always passes, because it compares the screenshot to itself all.

please advise

Start by running npm run reference from the BackstopJS folder and inspect the generated screenshots and the configuration used by that command. Trace why the reference capture is being treated as its own comparison baseline; done means the command saves the intended reference image and a visual test can fail when the output differs.
