debug option to `true` when Debug is enabled!

I keep seeing the following message:
COMMAND | Error: An unexpected error occured. You may want to try setting the debug option to `true` in your config file.
but in my config
"debug": true
I am using
"backstopjs": "^2.6.11"
"phantomjs": "^2.1.1"
