Dice Game New Feature

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like there to be more functionality for the dice game. I feel like it is very bland as you are not versing anyone and just rolling one die at a time.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to see the implementation of a dealer. Similar to blackjack, although you would be trying to roll higher numbers compared to the dealer.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
An alternative is to allow for two different players to roll die and vs each other. This would be much more complicated.
