[feature request]请求添加Telegram文件、视频自动转直链下载功能

之前用的是tele-aria2，发现这个可以选择需要下载的文件，更好用。
希望能够增加Tg的直链下载功能，就是转发到bot的视频和文件可以自动提取直链发送到aria进行下载。目前，按照一个repo部署了直链提取功能，然后想要发送到aria需要：
1、转发文件到另外一个bot提取直链
2、将直链复制到downloadbot发送到aria下载
步骤较为繁琐。如果downloadbot能够内置该功能就更好了。
