**How to reproduce**

Running the action in a Ubuntu self-hosted GitHub runner, the action must have 2022.3.14f1 as the unity version.

- **Expected behavior**

The action will find the version and execute as expected

Research direction

Reproduce the failure by running the Unity Activate action on an Ubuntu self-hosted GitHub runner with Unity 2022.3.14f1, then trace how that version is converted into the Docker image reference. Done means the action resolves the editor image and executes successfully for that version.
