Kraken2 reference database issue

Compare, these are nearly the same. Missing plants?

Ran some comparisons in this history. Differences are minor, and look more like database updates rather than an entirely new kingdom added/missing. https://usegalaxy.org/u/jen-galaxyproject/h/kraken2-indexes

Seems to have been introduced upstream, not just in CVMFS, since presents at EU as well. Ticket at EU:

Wasn't sure where to report this. But I'd like to keep this ticket as a tracking ticket for wherever that happens, until it is fully resolved and accessible by end users on all three usegalaxy.*. Please link back PRs or other issue tickets here.

Start by comparing the two linked Kraken2 inspect.txt reports and review the comparison history in the linked Galaxy history. Check the upstream and EU report for the source of the database mismatch. Done means the corrected reference databases are resolved and accessible to end users on all three usegalaxy.* sites.
