Update shared data library folder for microbiome

Within the '[Binning of metagenomic sequencing data](https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/microbiome/tutorials/metagenomics-binning/tutorial.html)' tutorial, it is mentioned that data can be retrieved from the data library. Via
` GTN - Material –> Topic Name -> Tutorial Name.`
In this case, it should be ` GTN - Material –> microbiome -> Binning of metagenomic sequencing data.`
However, there is no folder named `microbiome`, and in the folder `Metagenomics` I can not find a folder named with the tutorial's name.
