Possibly wrong citation in cut&run tutorial

@heylf the citation in https://github.com/galaxyproject/training-material/blob/b91d20d7836b8f7c43a853076bed88023c20831d/topics/epigenetics/tutorials/cut_and_run/tutorial.md?plain=1#L52 might be wrong?
The final part of the tutorial only compares to and references the review by Hasegawa, A., and R. Shimizu, 2017 and the Canver paper seems to be only loosely related to the tutorial.
