improvements to by-tool pages

@jennaj informed me that she actually uses these so we should continue improving them!

We made a first round of improvements but here is an issue to collect ideas for future work

- [x] present a nicer user-facing name (tool name+desc, scraped [from my scraper](https://github.com/hexylena/toolshed-version-database/))
- [x] include EDAM terms
- [ ] organise results by topic, rather than the more verbose current listing
- [ ] link to servers which actually have this tool installed (should be doable from existing in-gtn datasets)
- [ ] list which tutorials use which version
- [ ] make the tutorial list component re-usable enough that we can use it here + include a version column
