replace git-gat snippet with learning pathway

not sure if we should automatically show LPs for any tutorial that has a subsequent LP step, or just allow annotating tutorials as having a 'dedicated LP' which probably only applies for admin training and no other materials, as nothing else has such a severe path dependency
