Swagger not supplying `.json` in some API URLs that work otherwise.

When I try the example: https://training.galaxyproject.org/api/#/tools/get_psl__toolId__json
with `toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/abricate/maaslin2` I get an empy json.

Reproduce the example at https://training.galaxyproject.org/api/#/tools/get_psl__toolId__json with the Abricate toolshed URL and inspect the generated request and response. Compare it with the URL form that returns data; done means the Swagger API URL supplies the required `.json` suffix and returns the expected JSON instead of an empty response.
