Improve GTN Bots

at some undefined future time maybe it would be better to replace all of these disparate bots with more of a 'narrow waist' of RSS, if we separate out the fetchers/processors to generate RSS feeds, then we could leverage existing bots to subscribe to those RSS feeds in various locations. E.g. the existing slack integration that will automatically post from RSS to a slack channel of your choice
