Adding QuickStart section for Galaxy Installation with Ansible with localhost configurations

Adding a quick start with localhost deployment would be helpful for both users new to Ansible and experienced users who want to have a feel for the installation in a test environment before committing to configuring an instance with their true specifications. To this end, releasing a repo with complete inventories and requirements files would make the setup experience faster and less error-prone.

Furthermore, the current installation instructions do not work in WSL. Adding this option would make testing even more accessible.
