Community impact metrics widget thing

Automate some sort of system such that any logged course in an area (I/e. single cell) which at this point would of course be auto-tagged onto the 'courses' section of the training & subdomain pages, can also then lead to a growing widget showing # of users trained in live events.
And anything else that grant bodies need to make us look good without adding undo burden to people already altruistically running courses :)
