Tag elixir nodes (via contributor profiles) to the materials for TeSS

We already tag elixir nodes to individual user's profiles, e.g. [elixir france in anthony's](https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/hall-of-fame/abretaud/), we can extract these and add them to the producer list.

TeSS will then consume these and ensure they appear in the correct node's outputs, making the nodes happy, and ensuring we're more visible in TeSS.
