Just an issue to track planning / progress
- We want to upload to dockstore (?)
- We want to upload to WFH (might be easier) https://about.workflowhub.eu/ro-crate-api/
- If we're deploying the tutorials into a separate repo, we might as well:
- get DOIs from zenodo
- make separate environment.yamls so we can use those environments with mybinder.org with the notebooks
